Great work with the app guys. We’re now able to play tournaments on home games on a mobile app which wasn’t available last lockdown. This has kept us going throughout the lockdown. Thank you for all of your efforts.

Any chance you can show the number of rebuys made by a player in the tournament page? There’s no way to know without scrolling through thousands of lines of updates.

In the high stakes games, they plant their own in house players/ teams that collude to play against people like us. The algorithm is completely rigged favouring the small stack players mostly when it comes to all in pre flop situations (irrespective of hand equities and ICM considerations). This is generally done to generate more rake for Pokerstars and obviously more action. Now pokerstars would refer this to as bad beat but bad beat doesnt happen like 6 in 10 times. Disgusting business model to make money by the company. Now they would justify that the RNG is completely verified by Gaming Labs International (GLI) but they have tweaked it after implementing the software while integrating with the platform, making it rigged in favour of short stacks and house players. Also, the in house players are able to see everyone’s cards so they exactly know the hand strength of everyone and bluff or raise accordingly. Horrible industry practices

You'll never play in a game against anyone employed by us. We don't use any house players (also known as 'shills') or automatic players (or 'bots') on our site.

You'll only play against other players like yourself.

Any employee or contractor who has access to inside information (player records, hand histories, etc...) is not allowed to play on the site. In fact, their immediate relatives are not allowed to play either, to prevent any possible abuse of inside information.

Even those who leave the company are excluded from play for a number of months, and by that time, all access privileges are most certainly removed.

Even if someone had access, this wouldn't help them. When we developed our software, we discussed the idea of a feature to view hole cards live, with the thinking that it would help with testing. We didn't use the idea, specifically to prevent anyone from ever abusing the feature to cheat. The decision remains, and we never created such a feature to view hole cards live, in real-time.

Staff can only see hole cards (e.g. in a collusion investigation) after the hand is complete. This is the same situation as normal players, who can see the hand history of their game after the hand is complete.

Hello guys I have downloaded the application and i have entered some details. And starting playing with VPN support but the application doesn’t show anything. When i won some amount and i am came for withdraw that time they asked pan details and pan photos. I have submitted much more times but they didn’t verified my account and not giving the response from the stars support. And I
request to stars support that give me permission to play or give me my winnings fir that also they are not giving response. I’m waiting for the response for past 3days. They told that we will reopened your account and full verified but they not bothered what the user is telling to them and responding only And they are send mail that you can deposit in your account. They have wasted my time.I have all proofs what they have send and what I have won
